Healthier Greenwich Partnership Community Voting Day

Please find below information from the Healthier Greenwich Partnership related to funding available for health and well-being initiatives in the community.

If you have an idea for a project that supports the health and well-being of your community, a unique opportunity is available. If you're a resident or a constituted group in Horn Park, you will soon be able to bid for grants of £250 to £1,000 to run a project. Whether that's an event or regular activities, whatever your idea, we'd love to hear it!

Residents of Horn Park will decide which projects will get funded through a Community Voting Day in July. Young people aged 11 and above will also be eligible to vote if they reside in the area and are accompanied by an adult.

A full series of support and training will be available throughout the process for anyone interested, provided by Gayle Wallace. Gayle is the Project Manager for this initiative and will be attending the Horn Park School Art Exhibition on Thursday 26th March 2025, where you can chat with her.

You can also contact Gayle by calling 07301 931461 or emailing gayle.wallace@btconnect.com
